How To Join Form:
Name of (insert whatever pet you want,and cartoon characters are allowed.Mythological creatures are not allowed,even if you try to beg.)

If you want to role play as the owner of your animals,fill out this form(you must do this if you want to role play as the owner,but they'll have to fill out the form for the pet then pick it up in the Pet Store if you wish to do so.)
